After graduating from college and moving down to Florida, I gained a lot of weight. At my worst, I was at 150 pounds and constantly tired. Three years later, I began to get more active by belly dancing. I was resolved to become stronger and healthier and sought out a trainer --this is one of the best investments I have ever made. Jennifer worked with me to build strength and establish a routine of exercising here and at home. We talked about nutrition, and with a food dairy and a plan, my results came quickly-- I lost 10 pounds in my first month and am fast approaching my goal of 120 lbs. I look great, have lots of energy, feel confident, and am in the best health of my life! I’ve lost 10 inches total! 2 inches off my hips and 2 1/2 off my waist alone!
When the road seems tough and too hard, I picture my children and grandchildren and I remember my wonderful mother. And at that moment, I know that the greatest gift I can give myself and my family is the gift of love. It is the love of my family that urges me to continue on this path to a healthier life and I will not stop….ever.

It Truly is a Lifestyle Change!!!
I’ve lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks, lowered my body fat by 4% and feel much better! I had not exercised regularly for years and my diet was not the best at the time. I’m only 5’0 and considered myself average in size most of my life. Although, I could feel myself gaining weight by the way my clothes started to tightly fit. I had gotten to a point in my life where I wanted to feel better about my body. In April 2008, I signed up to work with Jen, my personal trainer. She has taught me so much about reaching my goal of weight loss, energy and good nutrition in these past 8 weeks. I don’t know what I would do without her! I’m finally motivated to work hard at what I want all because of her support and encouragement. Jen is awesome at keeping me on target with my goal and watching my diet. I’ve learned to focus on my body position and breathing when working out. I’ll always remember Jen’s famous words, “Abs in, butt out, soft knees and watch your feet position.” Haha! I’ve already lost several pounds, lowered my body fat percentage and feel much better! It truly is a lifestyle change! I can’t thank Jen enough for being such a wonderful trainer and friend.
